10/1/2015 · Yeah there’s launch control in the DSG. 1. Turn Traction Control off 2. Put it in either S or M mode 3. Left Foot firmly down on the brake (hard) 4. 1/28/2018 · Ok, so I’ve not had my R long. 16 Dsg with 15K and a really cared for car. I read the manual one day about the launch control and had to try it. Tc, one short press Race mode on Dsg to manual Foot on brake Foot on throttle Go! All’s good as it was fast and no apparent problem I got the Revo stage 1 last week and tried the launch that day.

6/30/2014 · Golf R DSG Manual Launch Control Question As a soon to be owner, I’m doing the normal research and have seen countless videos on You Tube of MK6 Golf R launches. I notice most of them in Automode get to bring the revs up while braking then let it launch but then the gearbox sound is of it in automode (no pops/farts).
